Job Opportunity: Senior Test Analyst

Role Overview:

Join a newly formed technology team dedicated to ensuring quality across UK Payments and their integration with core banking systems. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will work across both manual and automated testing, collaborating closely with technical and business teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Location: Cracow, hybrid model (office visits 2 times per week)

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing within the UK Payments systems domain.
• Document and track test results, ensuring defects are properly logged.
• Review and analyse project documentation.
• Work closely with Production Support, Test Management, Solution Delivery, and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and testing plans.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience testing IT systems in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in banking or financial institutions (payments systems experience preferred).
• Practical knowledge of SQL, SOAP UI.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence.
• Experience with test automation tools.
• Motivation to build a career in an IT-focused environment.
• ISTQB certification – nice to have.
