Stellar Service Management is looking for Vendor Coordinator
Job Description / Responsibility
Stellar Service Management is a US-based facility maintenance company headquartered in North Canton, Ohio. We offer a wide range of commercial and residential maintenance services including renovation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locksmithing, cleaning, and more. As we expand our operations, we are hiring motivated individuals in Bangladesh to join our remote team.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with US-based vendors through phone calls and emails.
- Search, onboard, and maintain relationships with vendors across various services (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, Handyman, electrical, landscaping, etc.).
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and scope of work with vendors.
- Create, manage, and update vendor bids and invoices.
- Ensure timely updates on work progress using Excel spreadsheet and online tracking tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets set by the supervisor.
- Use business tools and applications efficiently to manage vendor-related operations.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- [BRAC University, Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, North South University, IBA, Dhaka University, American International University Bangladesh ]students will get preference
- Skills Required: Project Management, Sales, Customer Service, Vendor Acquisition, Communication in English, IELTS SCORE 7, Data Entry, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Negotiation Persuasion Skills, Effective email communication
Experience Requirements
- At most 2 year(s)

- Freshers with strong English communication & Sales skills are encouraged to apply. ( If you're not comfortable communicating in English, please do not apply).
- The applicants who have experience in the following business areas "IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center" will get priorities.
- Must have own PC/laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Must be able to work night shifts (aligned with USA - EST time zone ).
- Should have a disciplined lifestyle and suitable home environment for remote work.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and a good team player .
- Ability to work under pressure and handle real-time problem-solving .
- Multi-tasking skills and familiarity with fast-paced environments.
- Must be willing to learn and proactive
