Network Support Technician

Role Description This part-time on-site role is located in Bermuda. As a Network Support Technician, you will be responsible for daily network administration, troubleshooting, providing technical support, and ensuring network security. Your role will include diagnosing and resolving network issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and assisting in the implementation of new network solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Network Administration and Network Troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Experienced in Network Security
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are must
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
