Distribution Coordinator

For our client Philip Morris we are looking for:

Distribution executive

Your ‘day to day’:

1. Ensuring that all objectives for each distributor are met, considering the specifics of each universe to be covered.
2. Monitoring daily and weekly achievements of these objectives and proposing corrective actions to ensure fulfillment of plans and targets.
3. Coordinating, supporting, and monitoring with distributors the smooth flow of point-of-sales materials and finished goods, and the implementation of trade and consumer programs.
4. Working closely with distributors’ staff in relation to the management of the distributors.
5. Filling in specific reports about teams’ activity in the area, status and results of ongoing campaigns, and competitors’ activity and pricing at all trade levels, ensuring full compliance with reporting procedures.
6. Providing regular market and territory reports and analysis to identify business opportunities, areas for improvement, and proposing strategies to increase sales and market share of the company brands.

Who we’re looking for:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Economics or other relevant business field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a sales-related function in the FMCG industry.
3. Excellent English and Bulgarian language skills (written and verbal).
4. Advanced user of Microsoft Office package.
5. Good Analytical and communication skills.
6. Result and willing to take action person with good problem-solving skills.
