Lal Teer Livestock Development (Bangladesh) Limited a concern of Multimode Group is the first Bangladeshi Research and Development (R & D) based "Livestock Breeding Company" in the private sector. From the very inception LTLD has been working for the improvement of Buffalo and Cattle breed throughout the country. Our R&D includes genetic farm (breeding farm), bull stations, fodder bank and modern semen processing laboratory, as well as improvement of feed, animal health and management technique for smallholder animal farmers including entrepreneurs. The Bull Station is fully equipped with live bull management and semen production and distribution of frozen semen of dairy, beef cattle and buffaloes which is quality certified by ISO (ISO 9001:2015). Applications are invited from the suitable candidates against the mentioned post for Head office, Dhaka :-
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, managing, and performing audits, including determining audit objectives and scope, identifying and assessing risks, developing time audit programs, and ensuring standard compliance for each Internal Audit Work.
- Using knowledge of area of expertise, performing examinations of specialized operations to determine compliance with all pertinent Statutes, Guidelines, Policies, Procedures, effectiveness in meeting operational requirements, efficiency and serve as a consultant for departments on such matters.
- Assisting in the development of the Annual Audit Plan, execution, monitoring, and risk assessment.
- Preparing Audit Reports as per Internal Audit Standards including recommendations for improved practices/procedures, with supporting data,
- Monitoring the status of open audit issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution and holding assigned staff accountable for the completion and validation of corrective actions.
- Regular monitoring and auditing of business operations and practices by reviewing transactions, records, and activities to identify any compliance issues or deviations from established policies.
- Based at Head Office, but required to visit the farm periodically for audit-related activities and fieldwork.
- Performing other related duties as assigned to support the Internal Audit function.
- Reporting on compliance metrics and addressing any compliance issues
- Investigating and resolving compliance issues by leading investigations, collaborating with relevant stakeholders, and resolving compliance issues to prevent future occurrences
- Keeping up with regulatory compliance changes by staying informed about new laws, government regulations, and best industry practices
- All Inventory Reconciliation with production ,Sales & Purchase.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
- Master of Law (LLM)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting / Finance/ Marketing/ Management or Law from a Public University or any renowned Private University.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Livestock

- Must have basic computer skills MS Word, Excel, Power point and Internet browsing.
