Santic (Bangladesh) Co., LTD is looking for Hanger Technician

Job Description / Responsibility

• Garment Preparation: Safely and accurately placing garments on hangers.
• Quality Inspection: Visually inspecting garments for defects, such as holes or tears, and identifying items needing repair.
• Repairing: Performing basic repairs like patching holes or tears.
• Machine Operation: Setting up and operating sewing machines, including modern machines with a Sunrise Transport System.
• Maintaining a Clean Workspace: Keeping the work area clean and organized.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing minor issues with sewing machines.
• Following Instructions: Interpreting work orders and patterns to guide the sewing process.
• Collaboration: Working with other team members, such as quality control inspectors and designers, to address production issues.
• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on sewing machines and other equipment.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma
• Bachelor/Honors
• Skills Required: Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English), Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
