Job Description / Responsibility

• Drive sales for dates, fruits, and spices through new customer acquisition and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Identify potential markets and business opportunities in the dates, fruits, and spices (retail, wholesale, distribution, etc.).
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the products (dates, fruits, and spices), including their origins, varieties, quality standards, and health benefits.
• Present products to potential customers, providing information on product features, pricing, and availability.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends in the dates, fruits, and spices industry.
• Monitor competitor activities and analyze the performance of similar products in the market.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Analyse sales reports to evaluate performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Regularly track and report on sales performance to senior management.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts with customers.
• Provide pricing quotes based on customer orders, budget constraints, and market conditions.
• Work closely with the logistics and inventory team to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely restocking.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters
• Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Leadership, team work, Good communication skills, Sales target, Customer Service

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 2 year(s)
