Job Description

  • Approach key projects in the responsible area, introduce ISI steel products that is suitable and have values to customer.
  • Perform as responsive salesperson to serve the customer from beginning till successful delivery.
  • Understand the market situation, projects status, products to be recommended.
  • Monitor competitors’ movement and propose action plan.
  • Consult with customers to provide VE and ask support from HQ to win the project if require.
  • Find new customers and maintain regular contact with existing customers.
  • Strengthen customer relationship through any required activities.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide after-sales support when needed.
  • Able to recommend right solutions to customers for the best benefits to the company.
  • Drive sales revenues in monthly/yearly budget.
  • Develop sales plan / strategies to meet sales budget.
  • Manage report on sales activities weekly and monthly.
  • Promote and increase the use of ISI products among project owners, investors, architects, contractors, developers.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a project sales environment.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
