Job Description:

What You'll be doing:

  • Business Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement business strategies and action plans; propose improvements to drive growth.
  • Target Assignment: Allocate realistic sales targets to team members based on territory potential and resources.
  • Sales Forecasting & Performance Monitoring: Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts; analyze team performance and sales data.
  • Sales Enablement: Support TSO/TSI/SO in maximizing retailer and distributor output through product knowledge, sales techniques, and effective use of marketing tools (POS/POP, schemes).
  • Customer Relationship Management: Resolve customer complaints and grievances promptly and effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Head Office on brand activities, supply chain, finance, and HR matters.
  • Distribution & Inventory Management: Develop and maintain efficient distribution networks; oversee distributor appointments, stock levels, billing, and collections.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage, coach, and mentor TSOs, TSIs, and SOs to align performance with business goals; ensure their continuous development and motivation.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate reporting in company-prescribed formats.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 year to 10 year selling experience in FMCG/OTC/pharma Industry
  • Must have extensive sales experience and experience in managing a large sales force
