Tradition Choice is looking for Executive - Coordinator (USA Based-Nightshift)
Key Points
Do not apply if you are not fluent in English or are uncomfortable working the night shift.
- Night Shift: 7.00 PM to 4.00 AM
- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday
- Holiday based on USA federal calendar
Job Description / Responsibility
- Communicate effectively with USA-based clients via incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring professional and courteous interactions.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including client inquiries, reporting, and accurate documentation.
- Provide exceptional client support through phone, email, and chat, ensuring all interactions are properly documented.
- Schedule and confirm care appointments with clients and caregivers.
- Follow up on home care service inquiries to ensure client needs are met.
- Accurately document and update all client and caregiver interactions in internal systems.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain professional communication and timely coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, and escalate complex cases to management when necessary.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and data security of all client information, adhering to company policies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Identify service trends through client interaction monitoring and suggest process improvements to enhance satisfaction.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition into services.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor/Honors
- [North South University, East West University, BRAC University, American International University Bangladesh, Independent University, Bangladesh ]students will get preference
- Skills Required: Customer Support/ Client Service, Telecommunication, Call Center, Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Additional Requirements
- Must speak fluently in English.
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree with CGPA Above 3.0
- At least one year job experience
