Job Description:

The scope of the role is to support people make every day healthier, sustainable & mindful choices, to “proudly present OTOTO beautiful, independent brands” by ensuring the everyday operations support the the promised brand offering & experience and by striving to turn everyone who enters the store into a happy, returning customer and ambassador for OTOTO. 

The Stores Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing the team, providing excellent customer service, and implementing business and brand plans. They will have yearly objectives and monthly targets and will proactively contribute to implement plans to achieve those.

That translates into detailed responsibilities (what)

  • Team coordination: shifts, implementing plans and work processes, onboarding, support, reviews & rewards
  • Supervise store assistants responsibility to some extent & ensure they are implemented with excellence by the team
  • Ensures the products are received, put in the system with price, quantity & expiry date and put on shelves as time efficient as possible
  • Co-manage ordering and stock management so that we minimize OOS especially for the best sellers
  • Onboard team and supervise that the store procedures are implemented, find solutions and act when challenges with the team or in-store (equipment, providers of services, incidents)
  • Responsible for the functioning of all equipment in store and that store is maintained (cleaning company, all other provider – electricity, water, etc).
  • Work closely with management team to support & develop the overall plans and provide insights, input & feedback from customers, team, being in the store daily.
  • Support (within the limits of available resources & time) the community initiatives, collaborations and events based on monthly plans and weekly updates with Marketing
  • Be present in the Store/s at least one weekend per month

  • Pro-actively seek to “feel the store”, gain insights and ideas to make sure OTOTO vibe and delivery of the concept remains as at opening
  • Collaborative, supportive, team-player

  • Comes with an entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, and perseverance to identify and pursue opportunities and solve challenges, daily, to grow OTOTO store, as it would be their own business.
