Job Description:
The assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative, operational, and
strategic support to ensure the CEO’s efficiency in managing both internal and external
business responsibilities. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the
ability to act as a trusted representative of the CEO in communications, project coordination,
and decision-making follow-ups.
Note: The ideal candidate must have a strong command of spoken and written English and be able to communicate professionally across global business contexts. must also be proactive, take initiative without constant supervision, and demonstrate strong listening and comprehension skills to effectively execute tasks on behalf of the CEO
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and prioritisation of meetings, appointments,
and travel arrangements.
- Handle email management, drafting correspondence, and filtering urgent requests on
behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and business documents for internal and
external stakeholders.
- Take minutes during high-level meetings and track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Business Operations & Project Coordination:
- coordination between the CEO and departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to
ensure alignment on priorities.
- Assist in project management, tracking progress on key initiatives and reporting updates
to the CEO.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and market insights to support decision-making.
- Oversee internal process improvements and workflow optimisations.
External Representation & Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate with clients, investors, partners, and vendors on the CEO’s behalf.
- Assist in preparing for pitches, negotiations, and business development meetings.
- Manage the CEO’s social media/LinkedIn presence (if required) and professional
networking.
Special Tasks & Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with personal tasks (e.g., event planning, personal errands) if applicable.
- Adapt to ad-hoc requests and urgent business needs as they arise.

- Business/Administration/Communications degree from a high-ranking university.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Operations
Manager (preferably supporting C-level executives).
- Exceptional communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM tools, etc.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- High integrity. Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
