Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel RDGH is looking for Chief Concierge

Job Description / Responsibility

• Supervise daily operations of the concierge desk, bell desk, doorman, and valet services.
• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and provide personalized assistance.
• Coordinate transportation, restaurant reservations, event tickets, tours, and other guest needs.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of local attractions, cultural events, and up-to-date city information.
• Train, mentor, and schedule concierge and bell staff.
• Handle VIP guest arrangements and special requests with utmost care and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B) to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and local businesses.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the concierge desk is organized, stocked, and guest-ready at all times.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures and maintain safety standards.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Hotel Management
