Job Specification:
-Experience
: 2-4 years of progressive experience in a marketing operations, marketing generalist, or similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
-Technical Acumen:Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub is essential), Smartlead, and/or Clay is highly desirable.
-Familiarity with WordPress for website management.
-Experience or a strong willingness to use creative and AI-powered tools like Canva, Midjourney, or Google AI Studio.
-A strong interest in and willingness to leverage AI technologies to optimize marketing processes and outcomes.
-Understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.
-Collaboration & Project Management
:Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with external agencies and freelancers.
Job Description:
Marketing Automation & Operations:
Own the day-to-day execution and optimization of our marketing automation platforms, including HubSpot, Smartlead, and Clay. This involves building workflows, setting up campaigns, managing lists, and ensuring data integrity to drive efficient lead generation and nurturing.
Website & Content Managemen
t: Maintain and update our WordPress website, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and optimized for user experience. You'll support content distribution efforts, including blog posts, case studies, and other marketing collateral.
Social Media Management:
Schedule, publish, and monitor content across our social media channels, engaging with our audience and supporting brand awareness initiatives.
External Agency & Freelancer Collaboration:
Act as a key point of contact and coordinator for our external partners, including SEO agencies, performance marketing specialists, and video content creators. You'll help manage projects, facilitate communication, and ensure deliverables align with our marketing goals.
Event Management Support:
Assist with the planning, promotion, and execution of both virtual and in-person events, ensuring smooth logistics and maximizing attendee engagement.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain sales enablement materials, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to effectively close deals. This includes managing templates and assets within HubSpot and other relevant platforms.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Support:
Assist in the execution of ABM campaigns, utilizing our tools to target key accounts with personalized content and outreach.
Product Marketing Support
: Collaborate on product launches and feature updates, ensuring clear and compelling messaging is conveyed across all marketing channels.
Data & Reporting
: Support the tracking and reporting of marketing performance metrics, providing insights to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies. You'll work with tools like Gong for call insights and N8N for automation workflows.
Creative Tool Utilization:
Leverage design and content creation tools such as Canva, Midjourney, or Google AI Studio to develop engaging visual assets and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
AI Tool Utilization:
Proactively explore and implement modern AI tools and stacks to enhance efficiency, automate tasks, and maximize output across all marketing operations.
