About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, the development team, and end-users to ensure the delivery of efficient and user-friendly IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and gather system requirements
• Translate needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with developers and QA team to ensure successful implementation
• Support backlog management, change requests, and scope control
• Contribute to continuous improvement in business analysis and project practices

What We Expect

• 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis or system development
• Practical experience with requirements gathering and documentation
• Understanding of software development processes
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in English

The gross salary for this position is from 2.500 EUR. The salary offer for the candidate depends on their level of competence and experience.
