The company operates worldwide, having multiple offices in Germany, Romania, Italy, Czech Republic, Sweden, Mexico, Austria, Thailand and China

We are seeking for our office in Otopeni Airport, an Air Freight Forwarding Agent to support and coordinate airfreight trade services, products and operations, mainly Airfreight Time-Critical deliveries.

Working hours:

• 8 working hours, based on a flexible schedule, in shifts
• Remote, when necessary / required.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Airfreight Forwarder at the Otopeni location. The Airfreight Forwarder will be responsible for organizing airfreight shipments, managing relationships with carriers, preparing and processing necessary documentation, and communicating with clients regarding shipment status. The Airfreight Forwarder will also oversee customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of airfreight forwarding, customs clearance, and international trade regulations
• Experience in coordinating airfreight shipments and managing relationships with carriers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field
• Knowledge of Romanian and English language; knowledge of other languages is a plus
