What are we looking for? We are looking for a Senior Supervisor, IT Operation & Service Management to ensure that organization's IT services are delivered efficiently, reliably, and in alignment with business goals. This role oversees daily IT operations, manages service delivery processes, and continuously improves service quality.
What are we expecting from this role?
- Assist line manager as local business unit presentative to work with Group Technology teams to deliver various group technology infrastructure/operation projects.
- Oversee and ensure that various IT operations areas operate according to baseline standards, under optimized operational cost and, comply with all local and group policies (System Monitoring, Back management, Patch management, IT Business continue planning and Disaster Recovery Plan, Software deployment and troubleshooting, Hardware repair and replacement)
- Manage and ensure IT vendor’s service quality in various areas (End-User-Support (EUS), Infrastructure support & maintenance, change management (infrastructure, network & system related)
- Assist in resolving issue / action item in Risk & Control assessment in areas of IT operation, infrastructure, network and system.
- Support in input / data collection for function leads to deliver various management reporting / functional analytics.
- Support in providing various input for internal/external audit relating to IT operation & service management areas.
- Develop and maintain IT operation and service delivery SOP and processes
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure, operations, network, or system management and support
- Proven experience collaborating with global counterparts and adhering to international IT service standards
- Skilled in managing IT vendors across diverse technology services
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
