Project Manager

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Lead projects by coordinating people across different departments (e.g. compliance, risk, finance, product) and external partners to ensure alignment, collaboration, and successful delivery.
• Analyse and optimise business processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending actionable improvements.
• Manage the onboarding of new vendors, including evaluating business needs and vendor capabilities, negotiating business requirements, coordinating internal approvals, and overseeing implementation within the operational workflow.
• Conduct targeted research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate smooth collaboration among stakeholders by keeping them informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain and continuously improve internal knowledge assets to support organisational learning.

• You’re methodical, organised, and communicate with clarity.
• You’re proactive, resourceful, and you don’t wait for directions and you don't need to be pushed.
• You collaborate easily with others - from product managers and data engineers to compliance and commercial teams - and you know how to keep everyone on the same page.
• You can handle multiple parallel projects without losing focus.
• You have an excellent command of English.
