Job Purpose:

To ensure the effective implementation, configuration, and continuous support of the logistics systems such as TMS, ERP, and Warehouse Management System (WMS), enabling optimized warehouse operations, seamless system integration, and high service levels across logistics functions. This role ensures that WMS solutions align with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in WMS implementation projects across the group, including business process analysis, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for WMS users (warehouse, logistics, IT, and business units).
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, system errors, and bugs in a timely and effective manner.
• Train end-users and create user guides, manuals, and operational documentation.
• Monitor performance and propose system and process improvements.
• Support the rollout and expansion of WMS and other systems to new warehouses and geographies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Logistics, Automation, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with the WMS system at the warehouse.
• Experience in system implementation, configuration, and end-user support.
• Solid understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
• Experience with system integration tools and standards (API, EDI, XML/JSON data exchange).
• Experience in software testing and documenting technical/business requirements.
• Analytical and structured thinking
• Languages: English: fluent, both speaking and writing. Russian is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, collaborative team player
