SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

FBI talent co are searching for a creative powerhouse who thrives on big ideas, loves collaborating with creators, and knows how to tap into internet culture to craft content that resonates. Your focus will be creating dynamic social media campaigns for theatre productions and live events- content that not only grabs attention but builds communities, drives engagement, and boosts ticket sales. If you’re a natural trend-spotter with a passion for storytelling and strategy, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Content Development
  • Create and implement smart, creative social strategies.
  • Develop content calendars with strategic themes.
  • Write scroll-stopping copy and plan content that connects across platforms.
  • Curate and produce content.
  • Be ahead of trends.
  • Creative Collaboration.
  • Build and manage relationships with creators and influencers.
  • Oversee the briefing, execution, and delivery of creator content.
  • Develop briefs for designers and video editors to produce high-quality visual and video content.
  • Community Engagement
  • Manage day-to-day social operations, including scheduling, posting, and community management.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Track campaign results and content performance, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and hit KPIs.
  • Create reports that show growth, engagement, and impact.
  • Event Coverage
  • Attend filming days, media calls, opening nights, and live events to capture authentic, exciting content.
  • Deliver creative content from events in real-time that feels natural and aligns with the campaign strategy.
  • Process & Project Management
  • Use tools like Sprout Social or Trello to schedule, manage, and monitor campaigns effectively.
  • Manage the approval process with clients.
  • Involvement and execution of new business pitches as required.
