Job Description:

A global technology leader that continually innovates to create a smarter future for all invites applications for a Receptionist/Office Manager position at our Kyiv office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling phone calls and emails, forwarding messages and special requests.
  • Greeting and directing visitors at the reception desk.
  • Organizing courier deliveries and taxi services.
  • Providing administrative support, coordinating office purchases, and liaising with office suppliers.
  • Working with internal company systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, Receptionist).
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent communication skills, politeness, and tidiness.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba is a plus.
