The Client:

Our client is a well-established FMCG company based in Muscat, Oman, recognized for its innovative product portfolio and strong regional presence. They are looking to appoint a dynamic and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead brand development and drive consumer engagement across key categories.

The Role:

As the Senior Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing brand strategies that fuel business growth and strengthen market presence. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, trade marketing, R&D, and external agencies to ensure the successful delivery of brand plans in alignment with business objectives.

  • Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
  • Manage end-to-end brand performance including innovation, pricing, positioning, and promotional planning.
  • Oversee and execute all marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL channels, ensuring timely delivery and impact.
  • Lead the development and rollout of marketing plans and consumer-facing initiatives.
  • Work closely with advertising and media agencies to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize brand budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI.
  • Be well-versed with digital and social media marketing trends, tools, and platforms to drive engagement.
  • Drive packaging development and ensure alignment with brand identity and consumer insights.
  • Conduct and interpret market research to guide brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with trade marketing and sales to deliver effective in-market executions and retail programs.
  • Evaluate brand performance using key metrics and recommend strategies to improve market share.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of brand management experience in the FMCG sector, preferably within the GCC region.
  • Proven success in developing and launching impactful 360° marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights, media strategy, packaging, and creative development.
  • Expertise in managing agencies, marketing budgets, and digital/social media campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical, project leadership, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Muscat, Oman.
