Recruitment Coordinator
Your Tasks
- Working directly with Managing Director and the Team, providing support in the execution of ongoing tasks and projects
- Cooperation and communication with Clients, Candidates and international Kienbaum offices
- Supporting recruitment projects for high-level positions in terms of the following:
- 1) Preparing project documentation (reports, proposals, presentations, job specifications etc.) in English, providing content contribution
- 2) Preparing high-quality translations (Polish-English/English-Polish)
- 3) Planning & coordinating recruitment activities at particular stages of the process
- 4) Updating databases and recruitment systems (ATS)
- 5) Coordinating project documentation workflow and archiving documents in line with GDPR requirements
- 6) Organizing and coordinating business meetings
- Coordination of administrative and office-related issues
- Developing and implementing relevant business processes, procedures and tools, along with improvement suggestions
- Responsibility for training of new employees; updating training material
- Cooperation with external partners and suppliers (accounting office in terms of invoice issuing and settlements, law office, etc.)
Our Requirements
- English and Polish proficiency (min. C1 level) in speaking and writing
- Practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Min. several years’ working experience from a challenging business environment of an international organization
- Able to work under time pressure, goal-oriented, quick and professional in acting
- Demonstrating initiative and engagement, self-driven, responsible for the delivery of assigned tasks
- Creative and solution-oriented
- Well-organized, deadline attentive, diligent, with attention to detail
- Able to collaborate with employees at different organizational levels, and to build & maintain good interpersonal relationships
- A team player with good communication skills
- Discreet, able to keep confidentiality of recruitment process, with high work ethics & personal integrity
