Site Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and driven Site Manager to lead the day-to-day construction operations of our residential projects in Paphos. This is a leadership role for a professional who thrives in the field, has a sharp eye for quality, and can manage teams with clarity and precision. You will be directly responsible for the execution, safety, and timely delivery of our developments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all daily site activities
• Supervise subcontractors, site crews, and technical staff
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, plans, and specifications
• Conduct quality checks and enforce safety standards
• Manage material deliveries, stock levels, and on-site logistics
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to resolve issues effectively
• Prepare site reports and provide regular progress updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of site management experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading construction drawings
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
