Role Description

The Marketing Executive reports directly to the Assistant Marketing Manager and is responsible for implementing the marketing strategy. Their main duties include targeting new and existing customers, identifying prospects, increasing brand awareness, and driving business growth. This role also involves developing a detailed marketing calendar with monthly campaigns and activities, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the automotive industry, strong communication and organizational skills, and a creative and analytical mindset to contribute to the overall success of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Plan annual marketing and promotional timelines.

·        Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies to drive growth.

·        Analyze ROI of campaigns and provide competitor insights.

·        Ensure effective implementation of strategies across departments.

·        Control marketing costs and manage claims for support programs (COOP, RMP, etc.).

·        Prepare and submit brand reports, including 90-day rolling updates.

·        Liaise with media, influencers, and assist in content creation.

·        Support events, product launches, and promotional displays.

·        Manage POS material distribution and approvals.

·        Maintain and update social media channels.

·        Optimize lead conversion and digital marketing campaigns.

·        Use SEO, PPC, and paid search to boost brand awareness.

Education & Experience:

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.

·        +2 Years of experience in Marketing or Automobile field.
