The Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by leveraging our strong product portfolio and deep industry expertise within your market. As our Sales Manager (Head of Representative Office), you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence and managing our office representation in Ukraine, while also overseeing sales activities across the broader CIS region—including the Caucasus (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan) and Central Asia (with a focus on Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan). You will be responsible for both sales and legal aspects of our operations in Ukraine, helping us build lasting relationships and achieve new heights in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the business planning process by formulating insights and implementing country sales strategies in line with evolving market trends and competitor moves. Identify opportunities and risks to consistently deliver area sales targets, build brand equity, and lay the foundations for profitable growth.
  • Ensure a cohesive sales platform to deliver sales KPIs in revenues, profits, and sales targets by taking full P&L responsibility and managing the order-to-cash process.
  • Lead and coach the sales team continuously and effectively to develop sales capability.
  • Deliver clarity of targets at the individual level and ensure goal alignment across the team to secure flawless execution of performance objectives, including adapting/developing plans and contingency planning.
  • Oversee the employment process to ensure efficient operation in the organisation, including succession planning and managing staff fluctuation.
  • Build relationships and collaborate across all functions in the Central European team and regional company headquarters.
  • Ensure an effective sales forecasting process for the country by proper execution of projects in S&OP meetings (from demand through supply chain and financial teams).
  • Deliver customer, consumer, and sell-through market intelligence to the Sales Director.
  • Supervise the Ukrainian entity related to the company's operations by managing activities that lead to the smooth development of the company, including legal and compliance matters.

Who You Are

  • Strong working experience in a leadership position in commercial operations.
  • Experience with a technical product portfolio is essential—this could be gained in an environment of other international commercial organisations.
  • Strong detail handling and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership capacity and proven people management skills.
  • Customer orientation and strong business understanding.
  • Native Ukrainian, fluent and strong English language skills (both verbal and written).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Available to travel.
