Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of the Regional Supply Chain Team, this role will be a maternity cover position. During this 6 months, you will be responsible for critical API/FG planning, purchasing, and order fulfilment across various countries, focusing on inventory management and supplier relations to ensure customer satisfaction through on-time, in-full deliveries and zero stockouts.
KEY REPOSNSIBILITIES:
- Manage supply planning, purchasing, order processing, fulfilment and delivery & redressing management for assigned brand/portfolio to all APAC countries
- Be capable of follow and execute the departmental inventory management strategies & objectives (A,B,C classification)
- Ensure new product launches occurs in a timely manner and meets all business objectives through coordination with appropriate functions teams to ensure stock reach countries on time
- Execute the departmental inventory management strategies and objectives
- Manage inventory control effectively, and balance demand and supply
- Support any product recall activities (i.e. provide the distribution records, verify and reconcile any product recall information related to supply chain and etc.)
- Assist and participate in the ongoing Supply Chain Operations improvement process together with project team
- Ensure efficient use of transportation resources while meeting the need of the customer
- Propose the optimal procurement plan based on supply plan
- Manage purchasing cycle, including generating requisitions, PO creation, PO follow up, goods reception
- Other supply chain administration jobs and ad-hoc duties as assigned
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain/Business/Logistics/Operations Management
- At least 3 years’ experience in supply chain, inventory planning, distribution & operation management
- Understand and familiar with export documentation and letter of credit payment
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in MRP, ERP software
- Pharmaceutical industry experiences are preferred
- Possess strong analytical & problem solving skills, efficient, deadline-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Both customer and process oriented; capable of satisfying customer needs while following processes and complete transactions in a financially and legally compliant manner
- A good team player and can work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication skills and possess high level of enthusiasm and motivation
- Willing to commit full time for 6 months contract
