Student Worker in Planning & Logistics

Here Is What Your Role Entails As our Student Worker in Planning & Logistics you will play a key role in supporting our three core functions: Production Planning, Operational Purchasing, and Shipping. Together, these functions ensure a smooth and timely flow of materials and products through our supply chain from suppliers to our own production facilities.

You will contribute to diverse planning and logistics tasks focused on optimal delivery schedule and drive continuous improvements across our internal workflows.

More specifically, you will be:

• Supporting short- and mid-term production planning activities
• Assisting our purchasers with various procurement processes
• Helping the Shipping team in planning and executing shipments
• Engaging in improvement projects together with our logistics and planning specialists
• Conducting data analyses and tracking progress on project-related activities

Meet your future team You will become part of our Planning & Logistics Department joining a team consisting of 5 dedicated colleagues with expertise in various logistics tasks across shipping, purchasing and production planning. Less About Us, More About You We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious student who is eager to apply their knowledge about planning and logistics and make impactful contributions to our team. Through your studies you have developed a strong analytical mindset, enabling you to effectively coordinate with both suppliers and production planners. As a person, you thrive in a collaborative environment and use your interpersonal skills to build internal and external relationships at all organizational levels.

In order to succeed we imagine that you:

• Are currently studying for a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or another relevant field
• Have a structured approach to your work that helps you maintain an overview in a dynamic environment with many ongoing tasks
• Possess an analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to support decisions and improvements
• See opportunities rather than limitations and are motivated to challenge existing processes with fresh perspectives

As we are an international organisation it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.

The job is a part-time position, and we expect you to be able to work 15 hours per week – however, the details of the role will be agreed on an individual basis. Depending on your educational setup, you can start either as a student assistant or as a full-time intern.

The job will be located at Kamstrup's headquarters in Stilling, between Aarhus and Skanderborg and bus number 200 takes you right to the door.
