What the role is all about?

• Ticketing and Reservations: Handles bookings of domestic and international flight itineraries; handles Mabuhay Miles transactions; ensures correctness of fares; ensures accuracy in issuance of tickets and EMDs; exercises utmost care in handling passenger
• To promote and sell our international and domestic services and issue tickets and EMDs to our customers within established performance standards.
• Handles reservation & Ticketing through phone calls and or walk-in passengers, travel agents and employees.
• Perform basic ticketing functions to promptly assist customers and partner agents' queries.
• Performs a variety of administrative, secretarial and clerical duties to Area Manager.
• Provides support and assistance to colleagues/ other units to ensure effective and efficient performance of the District.

Who are qualified to apply?

• Must have working experience in Basic Reservations and Ticketing courses
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience as Jr. Sales and Services Agent or related field
• Proficient in using a Global Distribution System (GDS); Expertise in navigating platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
