Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

In your role, you will apply strong consulting skills to assess IT/digital needs, challenges or systems, deliver strategic technology guidance, and lead clients through effective digital transformation initiatives.

• You support strategic Digital Technology projects aiming to drive digitization cross-regionally and cross-functionally and turn E.ON into a digital-first energy company.
• You are part of or coordinate a project management team, drive daily project management activities, and run governance meetings.
• You support stakeholder management and alignment with communication, reporting, presentations, or dedicated meetings.
• You support change management activities in the project, i.e., communication plans, workshop facilitation, presentation preparation, and coaching.
• You are responsible for project controlling (time, budget, scope) and tracking and reporting project dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• You are welcome to engage in building our Expert Services practice by engaging in various capacity-building activities.

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• You have 5+ years of experience working on digital technology projects to support project management and/or agile delivery.
• Ideally, you have experience with leading functional teams.
• You have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, a deep sense of customer orientation, and strong organization and planning skills.
• You have sound technical knowledge and functional expertise in one of the following areas: Business Transformation, Change Management, Digital Service & Platform Development, Rollout & Industrialization.
• You have experience working in distributed teams and with external partners.
• You have a university degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• You are fluent in English and German language skills are nice to have.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of the energy sector and the grid business.
