Project Manager for Prefab Construction Projects

VITBŪVE is inviting an experienced project manager to join our team, who will be responsible for acquiring and managing construction projects.

Goal — to promote and ensure the sale, design, production, and assembly of timber frame panel house structures and components in Latvia and abroad.

Main responsibilities: 

• Ensure profitable and high-quality management of construction projects;

• Plan, organize, and lead the team’s work;

• Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other involved parties;

• Promote effective resolution of issues during the project lifecycle;

• Develop a plan for handling claims.

Candidate requirements: 

• Experience in project management within the timber frame house construction industry;

• Hands-on experience in project administration;

• Understanding of timber frame house production processes;

• Good command of Latvian and English;

• Advantage – understanding of Scandinavian construction standards and regulations;

• Category B driver’s license.
