Sales Officer

Are you a driven professional with hands-on experience in FMCG sales and strong knowledge of the local market? We’re looking for a Sales Officer who is passionate about meeting targets and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Visit retailers and distributors regularly to generate orders
• Ensure product visibility and availability at retail points
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and handle complaints professionally
• Coordinate with the logistics and marketing team
• Monitor competitor activity and submit timely reports

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of relevant FMCG sales experience
• Strong understanding of the local market and customer base
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
