💶 Salary: €40,000 – €55,000 (depending on experience)

✨ What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling international shipments across air, sea, or road freight
• Organising collections and coordinating with carriers and partners across the globe
• Managing the end-to-end logistics process – from booking to final delivery
• Preparing and submitting customs entries in compliance with Irish and EU regulations
• Tracking consignments, managing pre-alerts, and keeping stakeholders updated
• Providing prompt and professional customer support throughout the process
• Overseeing invoicing, job costing , and freight documentation

✅ About You:

• At least 2 years of experience in a freight forwarding role (Ireland-based)
• Confident in handling multimodal shipments – air, ocean, and road
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures
• Familiarity with freight systems like Cargowise, Multifreight , or similar
• Excellent organisational skills and a customer-first mindset
