We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our ROAD TRANSPORT team in DOBANOVCI, SERBIA. ROAD NATIONAL TRANSPORT OFFICER What You'll Be Doing
- Planning, organization and execution of National Truck Transports (FTL/LTL)
- Customer inquiries handling
- Offers preparation
- Negotiations
- Invoicing
- Intensive communication with carriers, customers and business partners which includes:
- Maintaining personal contacts
- Reaching the best rates through negotiation process
- Customer service
What You'll Need
Essential:
- Higher commercial education or special education in freight forwarding
- 3-5 years of previous experience at same or similar positions
- Knowledge of Road Transport and/or freight forwarding
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Positive and motivating attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Serbian and English
- Strong customer service skills and a business-oriented mindset.
- Accurate, self-motivated, and confident personality with a positive and proactive attitude.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of additional languages.
- Residence in DOBANOVCI, SURČIN, UGRINOVCI or BATAJNICA.
