My client in the IFSC is a market leader in financial services, known for driving innovation and delivering excellence across the alternatives space. As part of their Transformation Office , you will work alongside some of the most accomplished professionals in the industry, bringing together expertise across process, platform, and business lines. The team provides strategic direction and governance for change initiatives, positioning the business to evolve and scale in response to market dynamics and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Development to design and implement the European Waterfall sales strategy.
- Support the global sales strategy, with a focus on European markets.
- Design the future-state Waterfall toolkit, which includes proprietary technology for complex calculations, allocations, and analytics (e.g., Waterfall computations, liquidity calculations, scenario analysis, carry plans, and bespoke client solutions).
- Collaborate with the wider operations team to grow the Waterfall ancillary service offering and support the expansion of the Private Market business, particularly in the EU.
- Build and lead a specialised team tailored to Waterfall and Transformation Office needs.
- Utilise strong subject matter expertise across areas such as Private Markets, Real Assets, Hedge Funds, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Middle Office.
- Work with leadership to prioritise and drive transformation initiatives with a cohesive and strategic approach.
- Lead the development of Waterfall toolkit programmes and support internal stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to project delivery by assisting with requirements gathering, testing, and sign-off processes.
- Actively participate in client pitches and demonstrate the value of transformation solutions.
- Identify and escalate risk areas and support project reporting.
- Stay current with industry developments and emerging technologies.
About You
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience leading business transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
- Technologically savvy, with the ability to align tech trends to business goals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to implement actionable plans.
- Professional certification or degree at Bachelor or Master level.
- Client-facing experience in financial services is preferred.
