What We Are Looking For You’re perfect for this role if you:

• Are passionate about programming and enjoy bringing fresh ideas to the table, seeing them through to completion.

• Have a good understanding of the structure of codebases and Dev Experience, to help building tools and APIs that enables other teams to achieve their goals faster and with a better quality.
• Prioritize both the quality of the development process and delivery speed, understanding there’s no trade-off between the two.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Medius codebases as a Full Stack engineer with a focus on GenAI adoption.
• Work in an enabling team, working on various codebases developing tools to speed up code migration projects and improve test automation capabilities.
• Maintain internal AI-related APIs: LLM gateways, metrics gathering, LLM-based tools
• Troubleshoot and fix issues related to models performance and availability.
• Perform research tasks, investigating new APIs and capabilities of new models.
• Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand and challenge end-user requirements, ultimately translating these into effective technical solutions.
• Design and develop insightful dashboards that visualize metrics, providing a view of performance trends and the impact of AI-based tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software development, data science or similar technical fields
• 3+ years of software development experience using C#, TypeScript, JS
• Excellent coding, debugging, algorithm design, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models APIs
• Proficiency in using Git
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Python is a plus
